Around 1970, Brother Charles Anthony “Raimond” reportedly sexually assaulted a teenage boy. That victim is filing the 17th civil child sex abuse involving Rose and his superiors.

At least nine other lawsuits against him are pending in Minnesota and he also faces at least five similar suits in Fargo, North Dakota. Most of the cases have been filed within the last nine months.

The new lawsuit charges the Diocese of La Crosse, the Christian Brothers, and Pacelli High School with fraud because they represented to the victim and his family that Rose was safe when they knew he had sexually abused at least one boy earlier.

Rose has never been held accountable for his crimes and has worked for the Christian Brothers for at least five decades.   Raimond Rose Trail of Terror

Recent news accounts report Rose now lives in a church facility next to a Catholic school called the De La Salle Institute in Chicago.   Recent news Recent news 2 Recent news 3
